My downstairs room flooded twice because of a poorly maintained retaining wall that the HOA refused to deal with. Both times were a nightmare with insurance, HOA arguments, and a ton of stress. Endswell came through for me in a big way. They showed up quickly, handled the cleanup professionally, and most importantly helped me deal with not just the damage but also all the back-and-forth with the HOA and the insurance companies. It’s hard enough having your home damaged once, but going through it twice because of someone else’s negligence was overwhelming. The Endswell team really lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. They knew how to navigate the insurance side and kept me updated so I never felt left in the dark. Honestly, I don’t know how I would have managed all the red tape without them. If you’re dealing with a big mess, especially one where an HOA or insurance company is dragging their feet, these are the people you want on your side.
